7 Days Vietnam-Cambodia Cycling Tour from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap

Ho Chi Minh City Cycling To Siem Reap .A large percentage of Can Tho Province is covered by river, will take a boat trip to the famous Cai Rang floating market before riding on a narrow paved road market to Phong Dien floating market to beautiful Cambodia , Siem Reap Temple . The route weaves through morning market bustle along the banks of the very busy river. Absorb the sights of endless cottage industries, timber merchants, coconut shredders, small docks loading/unloading rice, and tiny vibrant markets….
Day 01: Ho Chi Minh – Cai Be home-stay (L/D) (45 km)
After an hour and half driving you to Vinh Kim market, the district of Tien Giang where your first day ride begins. The easy riding on paths along natural rivers alows you sharing basic knowledge of gardening with locals at their home. The area is very well-know with chrysophyllum cainito fruits. Today lunch is at local on the way. Then we continue cycling to Cai Be township before we follow narrow paths to home-stay.
Day 02: Cai Be – Vinh Long – Can Tho (B/L/D) (30 – 80 km)
In the morning, we share space with local on small ferry crossing river to Dong Phu village for cycle ride on the Island. In the afternoon, your riding is eas on small country road through rice paddy and grape fruit gardens, Especially with an opportunity for you to stay half an hour on small ferry boating through natural creek to Binh Minh where you have a short transfer to hotel in city of Can Tho.
Day 03: Can Tho – Sadec – Cao Lanh (B/L/D) (40 – 60 km)
Today, you will see floating market before you have a bicycle ride to Sadec town. In the morning, you ride past sweet potato field and cycle along small natural rivers to the ancient house of Huynh Thuy Le in Sadec. In the afternoon, you will have an opportunity to admire many flower gardens, ornamental plants, nursery gardens and bonsai trees on your way of cycling to Cao Lanh city.
Day 04: Cao Lanh – My Luong – Chau Doc (B/L/D) (40-80 km)
Today you will discover the low land of Doing Thap province. You can see locals living on stilt-houses and the last rice harvests are usually happened before flooded season. The highlight of today is to stop at the monastery which built after French’s invasion. It was inaugurated in 1877 and three years older than the Notre Dame Cathdaral in Saigon. After you have lunch, continue to rock and roll on bike on country roads to Chau Doc border town.

Day 05: Chau Doc – Phnom Penh by high speed boat (B/L/) (no cycling)
It takes an hours to reach the Vinh Xuong border gate by high speed boat. Continue by boat upstream of the Mekong river to the Phnom Penh capital. Free to explore capital city by your ownin the afternoon.
Day 06: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (B/L) (30 km)
Today, you will ride 30 km and spend most of time on driving A/C van to Siem Reap.
Day 07: Angkor complex tour (B/L/) (35 km)
Spend a whole day discovering Angkor Wat by bike, including Angkor Temple, Bayon Temple, and Angkor Thom. Tour End ! in late afternoon.
