Phu Quoc Island -Sprawl on Phu Quoc’s gorgeous beaches, ride a motorbike through its mountainous interior and dive or snorkel around the coastline. TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1: Sai Gon – Tra Vinh (L/D) (25-45 km)
8:00 AM pick up from your hotel and begin cycling in the countryside of Ben Tre after 2 hours of driving from Saigon. Our pro-bike guides will help you to check your bikes by adjusting saddle heights and informing the rules of the roads then exploring vibrant lush green villages and local irrigation networks for growing coconut trees. Then continue to cycle and take the time to explore and understand local life until crossing the Co Chien River to Tra Vinh city.
Day 2: Tra Vinh – Cau Ke – Can Tho (B/L/D) (50-80 km)
It is said that the Khmer people and their community began in Mekong Delta as small fishing villages and inhabited for centuries before the arrival of the Vietnamese. This morning, you will have a chance to meet and communicate with Khmer people in their traditional villages instead of traveling to Cambodia. By this afternoon, continue to explore the countryside and have more opportunities to experience the truly unique cycle routes through the surroundings of Tra On and Binh Minh before a short transfer to Can Tho city.
Day 3: Can Tho – Rach Gia (B/L/) (45-75 km)
The highlight of sightseeing is boating to the real floating market of Cai Rang. After your boat trip to the floating market is done, you will get off the boat and continue your adventure of biking to Rach Gia via Vi Thanh city. You will cycle on narrow paths along natural creeks where you could meet friendly people along country roads, who love to have their pictures taken. There are many sampan boat factories along country roads, and fishing nets alongside rivers to stop and admire.
Day 4: Rach Gia – Phu Quoc Island by high speeds boat (B)
All services have been well-arranged by Mekong Biking Tours such as; a 10 minutes transfer from the hotel to the dock of a high-speed boat, boat tickets, and so on. The 8:00 am Super Dong high-speed boat will take you 2 hours and a half to the Bai Vong port on the Island of Phu Quoc. You should have your transfer to the hotel done by your plan.
